INGREDIENTS
4 haddock fillets
2 spring onions - finely chopped
1 lime - cut into wedges
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Coriander to serve
Marinade
2 clove garlic - crushed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon miso paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Juice 1/2 lime
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bow. Add the fish to the marinade and leave for 15 minutes. Place the fish on a baking tray and top with sesame seeds. Season and sprinkle with spring onions. Roast for 10 minutes. Top with fresh coriander and lime.
