The Meatless Vegan Burger

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As you know I really enjoy meat and fish, so didn’t know what to think when @meatlessfarm asked me to try their meatless meat?! I wanted to treat this as I would beef or lamb, so I made this recipe as normal for my burgers. I found that there wasn’t any need to add egg to bind the burger and thought there was no need to add breadcrumbs. Parmesan would have been a nice addition, but I was keen to keep this totally plant based. I was really pleased with the result and thought it was a fantastic ingredient for vegans and vegetarians. You should try them it’s a great alternative !!
