With party season right around the corner these tasty wings would make a delicious canapé with drinks. They are really simple to make, so cheap to buy and far less fiddly then many canapés. Don’t get me wrong, I love an intricate canapé in fact I’m demonstrating a few today for a lovely group of ladies attending a wreath making workshop @themodernbotanist Photos to follow 😊🎄🎄🎄

12 Chicken Wings
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the marinade
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
Squeeze of honey
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 thumb sized piece of ginger grated ginger
1 tablespoon tandoori spice mix or 1 teaspoon each of cumin, smoked paprika, garam masala, medium curry powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Juice 1/2 lemon
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix the marinade ingredients together and coat the wings. Leave for 30 minutes or anything up to 8 hours.
Cook in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes

Raita
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 tablespoons Tims Dairy Greek Yogurt ⠀
1/3 of a cucumbers finely chopped and drained on kitchen towel ⠀
1 clove crushed garlic ⠀
6 mint leaves finely chopped ⠀
6 coriander sprigs finely chopped ⠀
Juice of half a lime⠀
Seasoning⠀
1 teaspoon garam masala (optional but great)⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix all of the ingredients except the garam masala together. Sprinkle with the garam masala and drizzle with olive oil. ⠀
