Now as you can see this isn’t a recipe as such, more of a serving suggestion. Here I’ve served a mixture of seafood and arranged it on a large serving platter. I have used, large prawns, crayfish, oysters, lobster, octopus carpaccio and smoked salmon or gravadlax. You can use whatever seafood you like. I normally serve it with lots of lemon wedges and a cheats aioli - crushed garlic mixed with mayonnaise, also a red wine vinegar and shallot dressing. All utterly delicious with a glass (or 2!) of fizz.
