Picantes

Quite possibly one of my favourite cocktails,…do I say that a lot? Transport yourself to Mexico with these bad boys, but be careful they will knock your socks off! Add these ingredients to your trolley for the weekend.

Makes 1

INGREDIENTS

1 double shot tequila

Juice of 1 lime

Agave syrup to taste

ice

Optional coriander stalk

2cm slice red chilli

Salt - I used smoked

METHOD

Add the ice, lime, tequila, agave and coriander to a shaker and shake hard. Wipe a glass rim with lime and dip into salt. Strain and serve with a chilli 🌶️ slice.
