Ok, get ready because I have quite a few Brussel Sprout recipes coming your way. I’m determined to come up with something that even the biggest sprout haters will enjoy!
So come on, what do you think? Could this be the recipe for you? I thought these were amazing and surprisingly I think they would work really well with a traditional Christmas lunch, but if that’s not for you then just make them as a simple side to a midweek meal. I loved them and enjoyed a bowl simply on their own 😋 delicious!

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
320g Brussels sprouts - halved
1 chilli - sliced
2 spring onions - sliced
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Marinade
1 teaspoon miso paste
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoons sesame oil
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the sprouts to the marinade and toss.
Season and roast the sprouts for 20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with chilli and spring onions.
