The obligatory leftover turkey curry! After all that British Food I don’t know about you, but I always fancy something with a kick and lots of garlicky flavour. This Goan inspired curry certainly ticks all those boxes and is a fantastic way of using up any leftover turkey.

INGREDIENTS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Paste ingredients
4-5 red dried Kashmiri Chilli or 2-3 red chillies
2 tins coconut cream
1 Tablespoon Tamarind Paste
1 thumb sized piece of ginger
5 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon ground Coriander
1 Cup Water
1 teaspoon honey

600g cooked turkey
2 onions Chopped
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Blitz the paste ingredients in a bullet or a blender, loosen with a little water if needed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sauté the onions until golden. Pour in the paste and cook gently for 10-15 minutes. Add the cooked turkey and warm through.
