Stepping into the Bank Holiday Weekend with a cocktail! Ok so the forecast isn’t brilliant, but that won’t stop us Brits from making the most of a 3 day weekend. There is something very patriotic about cooking a BBQ under an umbrella in the rain. Mojitos are normally made using rum, which I love by the way, but the lovely people of @Springmountgin sent me a sample of their new gin flavoured with mint and lime. I thought it was made for a Mojito, so here it is. Happy Friday!

INGREDIENTS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
60ml Gin
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Soda water
Juice 1 lime
Hand full of mint leaves
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and syrup in a shaker or large glass.
Add ice, mint and lime sliced to a tall glass, top with soda water to taste.
