You may remember I made one of these brilliant Traybake breakfasts with black pudding a while back. It’s honestly the easiest way and has changed the way I cook breakfast. Has anyone else tried this method?

INGREDIENTS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8 sausages
250g streaky bacon
200g tomatoes
4-6 eggs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Optional basil to serve
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add the sausages to a large roasting tin and cook for 15 minutes. Add the bacon and cook for another 15 minutes. Carefully crack in the eggs spreading them out evenly. Add tomatoes and roast for another 7-10 minutes.
