Time for my last cocktail of the year. I was introduced to Negroni’s whilst traveling around Sicily in my twenties and I loved the bitterness of the Campari, which is set of beautifully by the sweet martini and the punchy gin. Negroni’s are not for the faint hearted as they certainly pack a might punch. A lovely alternative to a Martini Cocktail which will definitely get a party off to a good start. In my opinion a fantastic winter cocktail 🍸 Have a fantastic New Years Eve!

INGREDIENTS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 part Gin
1 part Campari Bitter
1 part Martini Rosso
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Option 1
Pour over plenty of ice with orange peel or a slice of Clementine.

Option 2
Shake with 4-5 ice cubes in a shaker, strain and serve like a Martini. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
