I love these gorgeous chocolate strawberries for so many reasons. They are quick and easy to make, they look stunning and they are on the healthy list of desserts! You can use any kind chocolate you choose, personally I like dark. Perfect for a party as a dessert canapé, or as a petite four with coffee. Kids love getting involved in the making of these beauties and it’s a lovely way for them to get another piece of fruit in their diet. I made these for a fabulous group of ladies at @themodernbotanist wreath making workshop and they were thoroughly enjoyed by all!
I got a little carried away and found an edible gold spray which I used when the chocolate had set 🥰

INGREDIENTS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 bar dark chocolate
2 punnets of Strawberries
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Break the chocolate in a heat proof bowl. Place the bowl on top of a saucepan with a small amount of simmering water in it. Don’t let the bowl touch the water. Keep simmering very gently until the chocolate has melted.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dip the strawberries on one side into the chocolate then place on parchment paper. Continue until all of the strawberries are coated. Place in the fridge or somewhere cool to set. See my stories for how to videos.
