Total Cheat alert!!!
Here is a brilliant dessert if you are short on time but want to serve something delicious. Pulled together in under 5 minutes what’s not to love?!
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
6 small shop bought sweet pastry tarts
500g shop bought fresh vanilla custard
Seasonal fruit to finish - 1 used figs, red currants and greengages
Clear honey to glaze.
METHOD
Fill each pastry case with custard and top with fruit. Drizzle the fruit with a tiny amount of honey.
