Makes 24 cups
INGREDIENTS
400g Yellowfin Tuna steak diced
60g diced mango
1 red chilli diced
Salt pepper
4 whole gem lettuces
Bunch coriander chopped
Marinade
4 tbsps sesame oil⠀
4 tbsps rice wine vinegar ⠀
3 tbsps soy sauce ⠀
Juice of a lime⠀
1 teaspoon spoon of honey ⠀
1 clove garlic
Thumb sized piece of grated ginger
METHOD
Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chilli, mango, coriander and tuna a mix. Spoon into the lettuce cups and serve.
