You know I am a huge fan of anything from Belazu particularly their rose Harissa paste š ā
Two spoonfuls of this paste transforms these Salmon fillets into something really delicious. This entire meal can be pulled together in literally 15 minutes which is perfect after a busy day. ā

INGREDIENTS

2 Salmon fillets ā
2 teaspoons Belazuās Rose Harissa ā
10 cherry tomatoes on the vineā
ā
Quinoa Salad ā
1 pouch of pre-cooked mixed quinoa ā ā
100g finely chopped spinach ā ā
2 spring onions finely chopped ā ā
1 clove garlic crushed ā ā
1 tablespoon olive oil ā ā
Juice 1/2 lemon ā ā
METHOD
ā Coat the salmon fillets in the Harissa paste and season. Roast for 8 minutes at 210 degrees. Leave to rest for 2 minutes.ā ā Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil, season and roast for 10 minutes. ā ā Mix the quinoa salad ingredients together and drizzle with the lemon and olive oil. Make sure the garlic is evenly distributed. ā ā
